Arkansas is not a state that mandates telephone service providers to translate three digit dialing to the 2-1-1 system. If you are having problems dialing 2-1-1 from your home phone or your cell phone, please contact your service provider telling them you want to be able to dial 2-1-1 from your phone. Arkansas 2-1-1 is currently serving the entire state of Arkansas.
